Right of withdrawal for consumers You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract is concluded. To exercise this right, inform us (checkmycarup UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Haunwöhrerstraße 29, 85051 Ingolstadt, email: kontakt@checkmycarup.de, telephone: 0171 2712019) of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. You may also submit your declaration electronically using “Withdraw from contract” at https://checkmycarup.de/en/widerruf. We will acknowledge receipt by email without delay, including the declaration and its receipt date and time. Sending your declaration before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient. Effects of withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your declaration. We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, without reimbursement fees. If you requested performance during the withdrawal period, you must, where the statutory conditions are met, pay an amount proportionate to the services already provided compared with the full contractual scope. The right expires upon full performance only where the statutory conditions are met, in particular your express prior consent to early performance and acknowledgment that full performance causes the right to expire.
